Pre-registration is advisable to save time and money, and to ensure your registration package will be available when the conference starts. The only registration method available is through the conference web site, which places your details directly into our database. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Master, Diners, Discover, and American Express) through our secure web server.
Wire transfers will be accepted only until December 01, 2021, and will be charged a USD 40.00 service fee. You will receive all detailed information on wire transfers with your confirmation after you have registered. All fees and items are charged in US Dollars and are exempt from VAT.
Registration will remain open until Thursday, December 16, 12:00 noon (EST).
Only registered conference attendees will be able to view the presentations. The online live event viewing site will close on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (EST).
After that, nearly all of the video presentations (oral/poster) will be available for conference attendees.
In addition, all uploaded material for the presentations (slides and posters) can be downloaded in the conference system by participants until the end of January 2022.

(b) Proof of student status required – If you want to take advantage of the reduced Student registration fee you need to provide proof of student eligibility by uploading a copy of your student ID to our upload-portal. You will receive the link to the upload-portal in your transmission report via e-mail immediately after your registration. If you do not provide the student status documentation you will be charged the full registration rate.
All registrations during the conference days will be performed via the online registration page. If you choose to register during the conference, you must register yourself online.

If you register for the rate after December 14, 2021 please take into account that it it might take up to 10 h until you receive your access information for the Virtual NRM 2021 conference, but we are trying to send the login information shortly after we received your order. Delays may be the result of payment verification and manually propagating your credentials to the systems involved to grant you access. Thank you for your attention and understanding.
All cancellation requests (partial or full) must be received in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) by December 6, 2021 for consideration. Approved refunds (less a USD 50 administrative fee) will be issued after December 16, 2021. No refunds will be issued for requests received from December 6, 2021 on.

Per NRM, students are those individuals enrolled at least 50% full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at the time of the conference. Post-doctoral fellows (post-docs) are qualified for the student discount.
Only electronic registration is accepted. To register online, go to the registration site and follow the instructions there. An acknowledgement of your registration will be sent upon its receipt and payment.
