Meeting Structure:

We redesigned the NRM2021 to accommodate multiple time zones and optimize online interactions. Eventclass designed an optimized interface to facilitate discussions between attendants and presenters and interactions among the attendants. The meeting structure is described as following

Live sessions:

Live sessions will start 9AM (EDT; GTM-4) and finish 3Pm (EDT; GTM-4).
There will be a 30 min keynote speaker for each day (to be announced).
We will pre-record all NRM2021 oral and poster presentations.
Pre-recordings will be available to the attendees one week before the presentations.
Following the keynote lectures, there will be a total of 12 selected oral presentations of 10 min each, followed by a 5 minute Q and A.

Abstract submissions:

The abstracts submission is open. You will be able to either

  1. approve the publication of accepted abstracts as NRM2021 abstracts, or
  2. transfer a previously submitted accepted abstract from NRM2020 to NRM2021, and
  3. submit a new abstract to NRM2021.

Poster presentations:

After the oral sessions, poster presentations will take place until 3 PM.

PDF version of the posters and their respective pre-recorded 3 min oral presentation will be available one week before the representations to all NRM2021 participants.
Each poster will receive a visit of five min from representatives of the scientific committee for questions and evaluation.
Each poster will have a booth where up to 50 attendees can simultaneously interact with the presenter.

The organizing committee will award the best five oral and five posters presentations of the meeting.
Ten young investigator awards will be destined to undergrads and postdoctoral fellows.
All the awards will follow equity, diversity, and inclusion criteria.
